Anyone ever try the No Jab Cane? I did a short video of my first test run with it. But I would love to hear what others think of it. (youtu.be)

I remember once when I was eight years old and had recently gotten my first ever cane. I was walking with my cane from one building at my school to another and I accidentally stabbed myself in the stomach. I stabbed my self in the diaphragm muscle, it really hurt and I lost my breath. I passed out and somehow lay myself down on the asphalt ground instead of falling which probably saved me a head injury. On the downside, it was at a part of the school yard where not many people pass by, it rained and I was woken up after a long time on the ground by a few boys in my grade kicking me. The teachers still blamed me for using my cane the wrong way.

I really like the idea of a no jab cane, I don’t think my hospital provides them though. And I’m also quite attached to the one I already have!

This makes me glad to know that I’m not the only one who stabs myself. They’ve made canes to combat this because so many people do
Also, does anyone else just feel like a dumbass when they do it in public and people stare? Because I do

Oh yes. The only thing is, if you hold it in a more horizontal position to the side, if it catches, it just goes under your arm. It depends which way it's pointing when it happens, but that's saved me from a few pokes.

I think I might get one sometime! I’ve been using the big ball spinning one instead of my normal marshmallow roller tip and it’s been helping a lot lately but is heavier. It took a minute to find the right balance.

If this comes to the UK I’ll probably check it out.
