People are going to be stand-offish, there's really no sugar coating it. Its unfortunate. Being blind has really shown me how garbage some people can be to other human beings that aren't like them. They're not the kind of people you should go above and beyond to win over, however, as they already expect bad from you. In these kind of situations you gotta put your life and your success first, and anyone that has some kind of issue with it can go shove it.
There are cool people out there that are in a middle ground, meaning they'll appreciate you but not in the corny flowery way that some people do, they'll actually treat you like a real friend. They're definitely out there.
As for tripping people, its important to bring the cane in towards you when walking through crowds, this way you only touch someone's foot rather than sweep it out from under them. But people being what they are, they're not going to pay attention sometimes, and they're gonna trip. Apologise because shit just happens sometimes, but if they have an issue and bitch at you, tell them to use what you wish you could and pay attention.
That and practice. The cane has to become instinct.
Hopefully science will one day be able to help all of us.

I already get made fun of having to spend a few hours in school resting in a dark room because of fatigue related to another medical condition i have plus my eye fatigue

Flex on them.
Play into the jealousy they obviously have, and throw it back in their face. Be like "Yeah, I get to chill out in a room while you're stuck doing calculus because of my shitty eyeballs, you mad bro? Because I totally asked for this and am like this on purpose just to hurt your feelings."
That is if you're the type that wants to fight back anyway.
Not sure if you're in high school yet but coming from personal experience high school is very, very overrated and only people who have the "cool" stripes and fit a stereotype get to really enjoy it to the fullest.

I dont like fighting back but i just ignore them

That can work but it obviously does bother you a little bit, and there may be a breaking point where you'll eventually snap, and justifiably so.
If you're worried about fighting back because you might get in trouble, that happens to regular people. Punch your bully? Especially if that bully is on the football team? You're the bad guy. Its stupid, and ridiculous. School districts only care about their bottom line and actually go out of their way to not do the rite thing if it means avoiding some lawsuit from an entitled parent that believes their kids can do no wrong.
But you have a leverage with your visual impairment/disability. Use it.
Talk about this kind of stuff with your mom. My Mom always told me to not let people be little shits to me and that she'd fight for me until the bitter end, but some parents can't be bothered, or just don't want to deal with that.
