Describing pictures (self.Blind)
submitted by autistictechgirl1990
I’m wondering if there is a free add-on for NVDA latest version for describing images, I have cloud vision but a lot of the descriptions are extremely vague. Also is there an app on ios that is free that is better than seeing AI, it’s usually very good but isn’t very helpful when for example it just says food, but it doesn’t tell you what the food is. Or for example because I like to go on Wikipedia a lot, cloud vision on NVDA just says a close-up of a logo, which isn’t at all helpful for example because I like to do quizzes I have no way of actually knowing what the logo looks like, if the person in my team describes it to me I don’t know to start with. The same with flags, image described used to be really good but it doesn’t work with the latest NVDA and when it comes to reading like trying to scam a page it is just about impossible to get it properly so that seeing AI does it
