Trouble with JAWS while using Zoom? JAWS not working after launching a poll in Zoom. Has this happened to you? (self.Blind)

My friend was in a Zoom meeting and uses JAWS as a screen reader. The Zoom host launched a poll within the Zoom software and after that, her JAWS software wouldn't read anything. Anyone had this problem? Have you found any fixes for it? Any info is appreciated.
