Google Chrome is going to release an update in late august which will help automatically generate a tagged PDF when you print a web page and choose the "Save as PDF" destination. (blog.chromium.org)

Auto-tagging is only as good as the source allows, so I hope it has built-in translators for poorly coded or non-HTML 5 sites. If the source is bad or built in a non-standard way that doesn't follow WCAG, I don't see how well this will end up working.
