Survey request: Comics for people with visual impairments (self.Blind)

Greetings!
We are researchers in the Human-Computer Interaction Lab at Ewha Womans University.
Our team is studying how to make comics more accessible for people with visual impairments.
To this end, we’re looking for participants 18 years or older who are blind or visually impaired.
You will be asked to complete an online survey relating to your prior experience on books and comics as well as your preference. The survey does not contain questions of a personally sensitive nature and should take at most 10 minutes to complete.
At the end, you may enter a draw for a $100 Amazon gift certificate.

The field for entering an email address throws an error: "must be a number" - this must be incorrect. I'm interested to hear about results of this survey, so I'd like to give my email but I can't.

Graphic Audio have adapted comics, mainly DC, to audio form. The whole Crisis series is there, for example.
