I developed a free program to make the mouse cursor easier to follow during my online lectures and someone suggested that I post it on this subreddit (which I am not familiar with). The program is available for free (sorry, PC only!) and could potentially be used by or for people with visual impairments who use computers. Here is a recent video (not by me!) that shows how to make the cursor more obvious on a PC (my program is discussed starting at the 7:55 mark). In my program, I think that either the cursor highlight or the picture file function (where a picture follows the cursor) might be of particular interest here.
