Is Sam 2019 accessible? (self.Blind)

Hi everyone,
This is sort of a last minute question but I was hoping someone could help me.
Tomorrow, I start classes and among those classes, I have an intro to computing which will be using Sam 2019 and Microsoft access.
I do know that access is sort of accessible but I'm hoping someone here has used sam. I really need some immediate help.
