Transcribe the image, please. This is a subreddit for blind people.

I'm not the OP but here is a transcription of the image.
I have attempted to replicate it exactly, any errors are likely my own:
Transcription start -
To summarise:
1) If you are enquiring about training we'll get back to you.
2) If you are enquiring about ordering the bricks, after you have already done the training, then we will be drawing up a list of all education services that we have contact points for, and we will check that your service is on this list. The services will hear about ordering in August or September. There is no need for you to do anything else.
3) If you are telling us how many boxes you will need then as above, we will collate this information and cross reference this with the education services on our list. There is no need for you to do anything else for now.
4) If you are a parent of a child learning braille then the school or specialist service will arrange for your child to have access to a box of LEGO Braille bricks.
5) if you are an adult learning braille or a professional teaching braille to adults then we are really sorry, but the LEGO foundation supports children and the LEGO Braille Bricks are intended for children learning braille.
6) Unfortunately the LEGO Braille Bricks are not for sale, they are an educational tool for learning braille.
I hope this answers your question.
Many thanks,
LEGO Braille Bricks team at RNIB
Transcription end.
It is 1:00 AM in my part of the world. If anyone identifies any errors, please let me know, I will fix it tomorrow. Right now, I'm off to bed. Night!

That's a bit of a let-down. Braille labeler might work but perhaps use a better adhesive as label tape really isn't that good.
For future reference, it would have been good of you to transcribe the image. I got the gist of it through OCR, but not perfectly.

I’m an educator and I can’t even get my hands on them. Extremely disappointing after the many months of anticipation.

I can't figure out why they are making these. It almost feels like this whole idea was a PR stunt. I am not impressed. I had considered purchasing a set. I already know braille, but I would have been happy to support the company. I would have liked to have a set to show my sighted relatives what braille is. I have a little cousin who I could use these to show him how braille works.

This is disappointing I wanted them just because I love Braille and like Lego.
