For those who went through the “Ticket To Work” program under Social Secuirty administration, how was it? (self.Blind)

I tried using this in my early twenties, and it went nowhere. I remember that I couldn't get a hold of anyone for help. I ended up having success through a local organization that had a program to assist blind people with finding employment.
This nonprofit website is run by volunteers.
