Feedback request: Do accessibility overlays help? (self.Blind)

Hello All!
I am a user experience designer in the process of evaluating $1's automated accessibility tool, to determine its effectiveness and user experience.
I have read *many* professional reviews and recommendations, including $1 and $1. However, so far, I have not been able to find end-user reviews of the tool.
* Has anyone used accessibe or a similar AI tool while navigating a site that offers it?
* What was your experience?
* What worked well and what didn't?
