Yes. When people ask me, “What is it like to be blind,” I ask what it’s like to see. It usually leaves them speechless.

I know basically scientifically what it is, eyes sending messages to the brain, etc. but I've never asked for the simple reason that when I asked people about colours people could not get it right and vision itself would certainly be more complicated to explain than colours.

I've been asked to explain it to people, on the basis I've actually experienced it. Are you asking for that sort of explanation, because I can try, but it's really, incredibly hard.
