There’s a girl who has a travelling YouTube channel. I think it’s called planes trains and canes and I’m sure she’s been to Dubai. I would highly recommend watching a few of her videos.

Middle Eastern countries in general are not good with any type of accessibility. The place and things are fairly organized. Been to the Qatar airport, they are pretty good as long as you ask wheelchair transport within the airport even if you're blind or low vision.

Yes. My boyfriend when has RP went to Dubai a couple years ago and said it is pretty accessible because you have to take cheap cabs everywhere anyways and the malls are easy to get around. He said go in the spring so you can enjoy the beaches.
