I am a low vision person, and I was wondering what other low vision/blind people thought about the accessibility of luxury products! I am taking a Fashion Promotion class and am very interested in collecting some qualitative data from you all!

For example, I love that my Pantene Pro V has different colored shampoo and conditioner caps (which I can see) rather than just a label. But should they feel different too for even lower vision people?

Another example, Molly Burke, a blind YouTuber, just posted her review of this Keurig Mixed Drink Machine: $1. She loves her Keurig Coffe Machine because it allows her to easily make coffee, and has tactile buttons, but the Mixed Drink Machine had screens that she couldn't read, so she had to return it.

Has anything like this ever happened to you? How do you adjust products to make them more accessible?
