Hi everyone, do any of you have experience with Ambutech’s customer support because I sent them an email two months ago and they still didn’t reply to it. I’ve sent them another email today and I’m just wondering is this kind of stuff normal when their customer support is contacted?

I've had good customer support from them in the past.
They're a Canadian company. Canada locked down a lot harder than the US did when COVID hit. They may have been/still be understaffed and your first email may have just gotten lost in the shuffle.
You might just want to try calling them.

I've historically had good support from them. One time I e-mailed and asked a question. They replied within a day or two. Another time, I had issues with a cane and they mailed me a new one at their cost.
So unless something has changed, it seems like it is just a fluke.
