What antivirus software do people use? (self.Blind)

Hi,
I am running win 10 on an i5 with jaws 2018 as well as latest version of nvda. What antivirus is accessible, preferably in the form of a full security suite so I don't have to also hunt down antimalware and firewalls as well?
Please don't recommend windows defender: I have tried it and for some reason my computer doesn't get along very well with it.

My father uses ESET NOD32, and it works well with Jaws. The only problem is that it is a paid antivírus but I think that ESET ones are easy to use with jaws. If you want something free and easy to use maybe an up to date windows defender will do it but it is your call. Good luck!

I've yet to find an accessible antivirus program. I've been rolling with just my common sense and whatever Windows defender does.
