Is there a, so to speak, general list of words for the Eloquence user dictionary that people have compiled? (self.Blind)

If so, do share; I imagine the community would also enjoy it.
If not, who wants to start a community project? For example: "e.g." to "e g", or "etc." to "exceter"--mind you that's not the right spelling, *but it is* something that Eloquence can pronounce that, phonetically, sounds good enough.

Which screen reader? The Eloquence synth in JAWS pronounces "etc." as "et cetera".
