farsighted questions. (self.Blind)

I was just recently diagnosed with farsightness, went to eye doctor due to tons of issues, but the ones concerning an eye doctor visit were headaches, weird fogged/blurred vision occasionally with really no triggers that i noticed and nausea.
Turns out my right optic nerve is slightly larger, and the doc says im farsighted.
they werent concerned with the optic nerve being larger.
my question is, can you be farsighted and NOT notice? Because my eyes dont really get blurry up close besides like 6 cm away, and if anything i get closer to my phone and computer then I need to be. the test glasses did kindof help, but still, I’ve never noticed problems with close vision, specifically.
is this possible? or should I continue to pursue my concern with some sort of neurological issue being the possibility.

Interesting. I have wondered about what it is like for a child at school who is farsighted and has low vision. Do you wear your glasses constantly or do they really not help?

i havent been able to get my glasses yet since theyre so expensive and my benefits havent kicked in, so im not sure if they help at all yet
