Stumbled onto this guy tonight and the fact that he actually does pretty well is beyond me. I cook so much with my eyes (coloration, texture/crust etc...)
Anyway, thought maybe this could be interesting on this subreddit.

One of my blind friends used bread filling in making meatballs . One day he accidentally used raisin bread. He tried to play it off like it was an old family recipe. We ate those gross raisin meatballs and it was years before he finally admitted he fudged up.
