Sorry to hear it. Vision loss takes a lot of time to adjust to, both emotionally and in terms of retraining yourself to do things you used to do with vision. I recommend getting an iPhone and learning BVoiceover, if you haven't already, and to get in touch with any local organizations or agencies that help people with visual impairment.

I'm sorry for the further loss of your vision. It is really hard to deal with. I think you need to allow yourself to feel the negative emotions, anger, sadness etc because they are real and what you are going through is hard. But also seek out positive emotions, humour, happiness in small things and contentment in the calm moments. It will probably always go up and down, some days are just harder than others. But as you get used to the new normal, things will even out and become easier. Sending hugs.
