Get back to the doctor ASAP is my advice. Tell some adults exactly what is happening, this morning. That can be hard to do when you are 15, so let me encourage you to get up and do it right now, because if you are like me, if you wait until you read just one more tab, you'll find an excuse not to.
Then, if you don't have a clear diagnosis yet...get it quick. Like, get in for a sick visit *tomorrow* or swing by urgent care today. I'm not saying you should freak out or lose sleep, just that you need to make sure there isn't something easily fixable but time-sensitive going on like an infection or abrasion or pressure buildup or a completely wrong prescription -- it's not rare to have the optometrist order the lenses swapped accidentally or upside down, or for a kid's prescription to change rather suddenly after getting new glasses and need another prescription. Or even your childhood strabismus returning, which isn't that much of a problem itself (when managed in a timely manner) but could be triggering something like an ocular migraine. Or heck eyestrain if you are in virtual school. So many possibilities, so you want your pediatrician and a specialist to jump on it and get you some answers, so you can take a deep breath and relax.
Anyway: all to say this sub is a *fantastic* place to come back to for encouragement and practical advice -- but your priority this week should be to get a diagnosis and worry about your prognosis later :-D

Oh-- And if you don't know what to say, just hand them your phone and point to this thread and tell them a random dad on the internet who has vision issues in his family told you to 🤣

See a doctor as soon as possible. Speaking from experience, you're going to want to hold on to that sight as long as possible.

I am sure this is scary.. I went blind at 3, so I don't remember life prior. I want to give you some hope and let you know that life is very much liveable without as much sight. People play sports, read, cook, work, and succeed in school. There is a very low chance that you will lose all your sight. Kmart I suggest checking for a low vision specialist or a low vision eye doctor near you. They will have more experience with things that it could be and will have the training to look for other things typical doctors might not. You are doing the right thing by recording how your vision is and when and how it changes. This is helpful.
You can get through this. I'm so sorry this is happening. I wish you the very best
