I can't aim and also can't use the minimap. I suggest you watch a gameplay and see if you can play it it's a great game. If there's a game that I'm not sure if I can play I watch gameplays and if it looks playable I play it.

I think I'll give the game a miss
I bought it and played half an hour can't see crosshair, text minimap and find it hard to keep track of zombies

If you use screenreaders, NVDA has an OCR feature and you can read texts with it but yeah nothing can be done about the map and crosshair.
