I like Bitwarden almost all features are free its multi-platform (Windows: system app, browser addons (Chrome, Firefox), Abdroid) it syncs all the passwords between devices. It works with NVDA, Narrator, Talkback didn't tested with other apps/systems yet.

I’ve been using 1Password but don’t like it in Chrome. I have Dropbox and have been wondering about their password manager.

I personally have all my passwords in Dashlane, but not entirely out of choice. I haven't been able to get autofill to work, only being able to copy and paste my passwords... I signed up to 1Pass^w today because apparently it's quite good for accessibility, but you just said you didn't like it in chrome?

I don’t find it the easiest to navigate in Chrome with Jaws, but that could just be me because I know others like it.
