Cengage excel accessibility help (self.Blind)

Anyone ever used Cengage learning system? I’m taking a college class on excel and we’re supposed to use Cengage SAM. It seems like an Excel spreadsheet but we don’t work directly in XL it’s like a workbook for module of some kind. I’m trying to use it with NVDA and having trouble navigating around and doing tasks.
I’ve tried contacting their customer support but they don’t really know much about how to use the products with a screen reader they have the textbook in an alternate format but that’s all I’ve been able to find.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or if anyone has use this program I’d love to talk. Thank you

It’s not accessible most textbook and companies like that mostly aren’t and know zilch about this stuff sad as it is. Ask for acomodations or an alternative assignment.

I think I had a similar course with the Cengage learning system. Their content is not really accessible. I used Zoomtext when taking the course. It was quite challenging.
Speak with your accessibility counsellor at the college. They might have resources that can help. If you're in the US then they have to provide the content to you in an accessible format according to the ADA guidelines. If you're in Ontario, Canada then AODA has similar guidelines too.

I am thinking that it’s not accessible too and I am trying to work my disability office.
