Star Trek Voyager audio described? (self.Blind)

For some reason, I can only find a few episodes which are described, and that's in random order from various seasons. Was the whole show never described or what?

no. those are, I think, from Sky (british sky broadcasting on the AD track). They did a smattering of VOY, DS9 and TNG.

It seems they never play them in rebroadcasts though. What is the point in making them then?
