How much sight do you have? I just finished the doom eternal campaign, 10 out of 10, would recommend, and with rice.
EDIT: you're blind, nevermind. Ignore me.

If you can deal with some weird setup, someone created some scripts to play Slay the Spire on PC, which is a truly great game.
Not really sure how you're playing GTA if you're totally blind, but you seem like you're either really adaptable or low vision. You might try X-Com 2 if you have some small amount of vision left, it's turn based and you can reload if you mess up, it's also just a great game with a lot of depth. Minecraft is a great social game and isn't too hard from a low vision perspective. I haven't found too many PC games for the totally blind, take a look at Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup which is totally accessible. You said you don't really like audiogames, and I personally have only found a few that are worthwhile, but I did enjoy Manamon 2.

Hi and thank you for your reply! Yeah, i will definitely look into slay the spire, that game sounds great. I don't play GTA online, just the story mode, and basically just use it to smash and shoot people with some trainer mods installed because that's the only shooter that kind of works. I am completely blind since birth, so probably just adapting well and finding workarounds :) Always wanted to play minecraft, but everyone tells me it's impossible without any sight :(
