Also, you've submitted this post 4 times and not once have you explained what the survey is for or why people should spend time on it.
Please understand, this sub gets inundated with a LOT of survey requests, up to 20 per week and our users have an extremely low tolerance for them and they usually attract multiple reports, especially poorly thought out ones with no direction or clearly defined aims.
