Age, gender, interests etc would help a lot.

Hair clips, chapsticks, small jewelry like earrings or body jewelry pieces, candy, mints, socks, gloves, headphones, chargers, little toys like those tiny lego kits, etc. There's so many options, and just about anything you'd get them if they were sighted still applies.

Food.

Almost anything can be blind friendly. I wouldn't over think it. Only things that aren't as good is something that needs to be read.

Tough question and pretty vague to be honest- depends what the recipient is into, if they have any sight, their age....
it could be as simple as socks or a cuddly toy or candy?
