If you're looking for something like TWBlue, it really doesn't exist. However the Mastodon web interface is fine, at least for me.

The Mastadon web interface is already very accessible (especially if you enable advanced web view in preferences) and even has notification sounds but I hear that Pinafore is very good and has an entire accessibility section in it's settings.
