I just downloaded it and it ran lilke a charm on Win 10. FOr a direct download of the game, click here and then run the executable:

The website doesn’t say anything about support for Windows 10, so it’s probably not supported. Have you checked the audiogames.net forum? Someone there might know. Hope this helps.
