Which organization for the Visually Impaired Community actually does a good job? (self.Blind)

There are lots of variables for that question. I do Orientation and Mobility training, and overall, I feel (and I think most of my clients would agree) that I do a pretty good job for training them.

That being said, I've also had clients who blame me for them not being able to learning certain things. I've had clients who show up to lessons drunk, or high, or don't show up at all. I've had clients who don't practice what is taught, so their skills never progress. I've had a client who refuses to use a white cane, and then continually runs into things, and blames me for not being able to teach them how to avoid them.

Oh um wow!!! That sounds like awful! The not practicing is probably the least of the problems but some of them sound very bad. Especially the drunk or high people.

Personal preference almost or none of them it’s just all politics all do different things in a way. I am not affiliated with any neither the acb or nfb.

And if you ask Any NFB member about any other blindness related organization not ran by them, they will vehemently reject that organizations practices in support of their own. Case in point, they coin a term called structured discovery, originally created for the O&M field and now apply it to vocational rehabilitation across the board. This concept is nonvisual instruction, note that it does not need to be taught by a blind or visually impaired person, this is where many NFB members miss the boat .

A good job doing what exactly? Also, which country? I'm a fan of the NFB's cane and slate/stylus free give-away programs, as well as their braille literacy efforts for children.

They are the only organization that I am aware of that runs their own blindness skills training center (they have three I believe.)

They don't strictly run the centers, but the centers are affiliated with them. I think it's like how some fast food companies have franchises which run the restaurants; the restaurants are obviously part of a chain, but the CEO of the fast food company doesn't have direct control over individual restaurants.

Fair point. They also provide financial support, but you are correct, they are legally separate entities. Thanks for clarifying that.
