If I understand correctly, it sounds like you’d be running the risk of blindness or severe impairment in one eye and fairly well-sighted (with corrective lenses) in the other. Cataracts can progress in a number of different ways. Your ophthalmologist would have the best answer for your situation. You may need to work with an orientation and mobility specialist to learn to navigate, perhaps with a white cane, if things progress this far. You may no longer be able to drive if this is something you currently do. If you are on the fence about surgery, cataracts can become hyper-mature and difficult to fix the longer you wait.

Being as my blindness was caused from a steroid injection. The steroid injection was to help damage from chemo. Chemo to beat Hep.c from blood transfusions after childbirth. I don't trust western medicine at all. Since it kiled, brought me back blind I went to holistic living and my cataracts are clearing up. Still blind from extensive brain trauma but remaining vision is better

I hope you do take the surgery I know it makes you anxious but think it’s the better option.

They will do under general anesthesia (full sleep no consciousness 100%) in such situations just talk to anesthesiologist.
If you choose to left the cataract untreated the lens will make extremely harder to see and treat other parts of the eye for example retina couldn't be monitored reliably, optinc nerve other parts for much more serious treatable diseases like inflaminations, retinal tears, AMD, even cancer could be missed in such situation. So risk of losing your while eyebal and life.
Phacomorphic glaucoma - its a secondary angle closure glaucoma attack caused by untreated advanced cataract which causes enormous spike of intraoccular pressure and horrible pain, irreversible damage to optic nerve and permament vision damage. When angle closure happens in one eye risk signifucaly rises for other one.
As the daily life goes: much higher risk of accidents not only as driver (if you would even ben allowed to drive) but as a pedestrian cyclist etc, much reduced vision range - much decreased productivity compared to two eyed in school and work that reduces your chances in getting job a lot. Weird appearance of the eye - society and family will point that out dating is harder and weakened social situations. No you can't wear fancy cosmetic lenses 24h your eye will hurt slot and eye drops won't help even nucuest ones will look fake on photos. Sooner than later your eyes will be misaligned very niticeably to strangers too no matter how hard you will try to fix it it won't be possible.
