Hi, I tried registering in Revolut, but I cannot pass the verification since they ask me to take the photo of my ID. How am I supposed to do that as a blind person? Please help. If not Revolut, do you recommend any similar services?

When you go to take the photo does it auto capture? My bank automatically takes the photo as soon as it senses an object of the right size in frame. iTunes does the same thing for gift cards. You just lift your phone up nice and flat just like you would if you were taking a scan with Seeing AI or KNFB Reader and it snaps the photo as soon as the picture is clear. Just move slowly to give the tech a chance to work. I don’t live in a country that has this banking service but it’s worth a shot if the rest of the site is accessible.

Hi there the verification is there for security, it's achievable just get it done using sighted assistance, it's only one time, I'm using it successfully in Australia it's very very good, and it's a must have, proud Revolut user.

I have no sighted assistance. This is the problem.

You could find something that's a similar size and shape and scan that. If the person says it looks good, use the same technique to scan your ID.
I don't see why they would care about an upside down card and you can scan copy sides, just to be sure.

Ok, I think the best thing you can do is by asking a friend to or family member to help you out because you will also need to make sure that the picture isn't blurry.
