Yeah, this sub is very serious and different. But welcome I suppose, even if late.

Most people just assume I can't use Reddit at all, so unless you're a college professor sending me screenshots every week, I'd much rather you forget than assume. Blindness is a very visible disability, and it creates huge social barriers. It's nice when people don't notice or don't constantly feel they have to take them into account. Also, welcome.

What's with the downvotes people, if being unobservant was a crime we'd all have been in prison by now.

No need to be embarrassed, the world is pretty much designed for sighted people so when you use something that's mainly meant for blind people, its a bit jarring.
Probably similar to how I feel when looking at tactile maps.

That is ...impressive, yes :) I'm just curious though, what DID you expect to find on a sub called r/blind? xd
