[Academic research] Friendly app design for Visually Impaired and Blind People (self.Blind)
submitted by Purple_Saturn_
Hello beautiful people of this subreddit, I'm a Software Engineer student from a small country and with my team, we are building a web application as a project, an Online Store that will allow users with Visual Impairment and Blindness to reach and order the items they need. To do it in a really good way we would like to research to better understand what we can implement. And it is a necessary worthwhile initiative. Every feedback counts and it's important for us. Your help will mean a lot to me!

This Google form has some questions we want to cover for research: $1

Thank u a lot!

No, it's fine. It's just that there is a lot of information out there that could help you more efficiently than talking to us directly.

Many online stores are already accessible and many are very much already just for the blind. Maxiaids.com for instance.

Could you please share the results of your research? I’m looking for high level comment/understanding of how to fix this.
