I've got a treadmill at home, and I occasionally join my family on dog walks. Thing is, like 80% of staying fit is your diet. Eat like crap, and all the exercise in the world won't make a difference in your health.

How has judo been? Besides covid I mean. I’m partially sighted and used to do judo but I’m looking at getting back into it and jiu jitsu when I’m able.

Physically demanding as hell, but also fun. There are some modifications for us VI, but nothing that will make you have to train with VI people only if you don’te want to.

Awesome. Real excited to get into it

I came back to judo in 2017 and my passion for it hasn't decreased since. It's a beautiful activity, which you can do as your body / intentions demand.

I live on land where we raise goats, and I own more hunting land down on the border. Between the two there is always work to do. Besides that I have a weight bench and elliptical taking up most of my home office.

I lost 40 kilograms by changing my eating routine to 5 meals a day and I've kept my weight for 3 years now, and I started long distance running in January.
