What a wonderful subreddit with many amazing stories.

I am a film maker who is hugely grateful to be sighted having come from a family heavily affected by blindness and visual impairments

I was wondering whether you would have the time to help...

We are making a film to highlight a wonderful group of impoverished blind young women in rural central India who have used the Olympic sport of Judo to gain confidence, self esteem and escaped a life of abuse and gain education through their training.

We are raising all funds ourselves and making it not for profit, just raising the money to make the film, get it seen and any left over donated to the cause to widen the scope of what is happening there and help more like these amazing women.
