We're not doctors.

I also have ROP. This is just retained from any research I've ever done online, and I'm not a doctor, however Try not to worry about that as much. I've heard of different things happening in the 3rd decade, but I don't think you'll just randomly acquire other eye diseases. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so. Only thing that has happened to me so far is some sight loss at 14-15 or so.

Early cataract (Fixable), glaucoma (often manageable) and retinal complications are your primary concern later in life with ROP. For many patients with severe vision loss secondary to ROP, they either suffered through severe disease in childhood or lose vision due to severe complications established in childhood. If your vision is fair or good in adulthood, your chances of retaining useful vision are much higher. Make sure you are established with a retinal physician. They can often catch and treat those specific retinal problems prior to them becoming vision threatening. Stay mindful of acute symptoms: New flashes of light, new floating spots (many), or partial obstruction of your vision should warrant immediate consultation. r/EyeTriage would probably have been a better location to post in case you have any further questions.

Condolences but I’m not sure you’ll really find professional medical advice here
