Speaking from secondhand experience, since I am sighted and my partner is blind. Both voiceover and JAWS can say each key as you type, not just in tutorial mode. Though for voiceover on iPhone, my partner uses dictate a lot.
Edited to add that Mac has dictate as well, though I’ve not used it with voiceover. I imagine that it should say each key out loud as well.
Edit 2 for clarity. My partner has a PC with JAWS and an iPhone. I have both Mac and iPhone.

There's a tutorial setting on JAWS that will just read out the keys as you press them but I don't remember. It's been years. Maybe you can call them or browse the Jaws settings

There’s a pretty good free Windows game called Rockies typing tutor.. Obviously the more you type the better you will get.

What's funny is I do some programming, but i can't touch type, and I type with only my 2 index fingers and somehow I type as fast as if I were touch typing. people would probably laugh at me if they watch me.
Somehow for me if I try to do touch typing, my fingers feel all crammed together too much and like they can't point the right directions (maybe because oh how long I've typed my way?).

I learned to touch type on typing.com when my vision started to get even worse than it was. I never felt the need it took it seriously before and would look down at the keyboard once in a while. I doubt it's accessible to screen readers - at least the practice parts.
The thing about memorizing the keys though, is that you're looking for muscle memory. I have a relatively hard time telling you where a particular key is, but the right finger will move to the right place, at the right time.
Tu get there, you first find your home keys - your right index finger goes on J and your left one goes on F. From there, you place each finger one key over and use your thumbs for the space bar.
For the other rows of keys, your fingers should move along up and left and down and right. Each finger has its own column. For the center columns, move your index fingers inward.
After that, it's all about practice. Lots and lots of practice.
Let me know if you have any questions or any of my explanations are lacking.

On MacOS you can press VO+K (where VO is either Command+Option or CapsLock) to enter Keyboard Help, where you can hear a description of every key combination you make along with its function, if any. To exit Keyboard Help either press VO+K again or press Escape.

Work on memorizing your keyboard and it’s lay out.
