If you have a Facebook page. There is a Facebook group called Memes and jokes for blind folks. You could submit Memes and the moderators would describe them.

Interesting I’ve never really been a huge fan of meems myself.
But I suppose you could start your own blog or ventures and put up meems that’s been described. Maybe find some sighted person who’s passionate about this as well to partner up with.

Tiktoks, especially vine-format ones, have been my go-to. I can still see somewhat, but many are pretty much all audio.

I've been thinking about that for a long time.
There's an /r/blindmemes subreddit, but it seems to be dead. I messaged the mods some time ago and didn't hear anything back.
