Different people do different things. I surf Reddit and other social media, read books, listen to music, learn Spanish, etc. Many others do much more fun stuff than that. Living with blindness isn't exactly pleasant, but it's not as horrible as it sounds.

Thanks for your answer just one question if its not a problem.... how can a blind person read books?

There are a few options: First, there are audiobooks. Audiobooks were originally made for blind people. It's just recently that it has become a mainstream thing. The second option is physical braille books that you can get from libraries for the blind. The third option is reading a digital book using a screen reader software. And the fourth way is reading a digital book using a braille display. A braille display has a lot of pins that can go up and down and make braille letters dynamically. You connect it to a desktop or laptop computer or a smart phone and you can read digital content with it. Some are also some stand alone braille displays.
I personally use all of the ways above except physical braille books.

Not blind myself but blind people can do almost anything a sighted person can do on a computer with the help of screen readers
There's also things like audiobooks, podcasts, playing/listening to music, watching movies with audio descriptions.
