I inserted my card in Paypal. After writing the CVV code number and the expiration date I clicked on add card. Then I got a capcha image that my Chrome extension called Anticapcha solved automatically. The question is: is there any risk that the employee who solved this capcha will have seen my card credentials? I saw that there were still some images out there, but I don't know if they were part of the image that needed to be resolved or if they were my credentials.

As far as I know the Anti-Captcha extension only sends the graphic containing the captcha code, it doesn't take a screenshot. So your info should be safe.

I would advise caution. I am not familiar with the specific extension you are using. But it's functionality introduces the risk you have described. It is left to the amount of trust you have in the Anticaptcha service you are using.

I don't quite follow but PayPal is secure, your card is fine. Employees can't access your information.

I mean the anti-capca employees. I'm afraid they saw the credentials.

There are no employees to be worried about. It's all computers.

A computer cannot solve a capca image.

I’m also thinking that you’ll be safe. This doesn’t help now, but for the future I might suggest solving the chapcha first, then entering car details if possible. Not guaranteed to work every time, but worth a shot.

No, as your data isn’t shown in plaintext, and PayPal blurs out the background page with the data you entered

Does Paypal show the cv2 in plaintext? Some sites obscure this behind a password field.

> my Chrome extension called Anticapcha
I can't find such an extension in the web-store with that name.
