Hi,
Hopefully someone on here has an idea to help with this situation?
We know an elderly (late 60s) blind woman. I believe she is totally blind, we went round to help her set up a hoover and she had to touch all the pieces to see how it went together. (Apologies if totally blind is not the correct terminology)
She asked us if we could order a book on CD for her, however it appears the audio book is currently an amazon / audible exclusive. I have audible and have spare credits, but I don't know how she would access this?
I would suggest buying an alexa / echo but she does not have WiFi.
We could lend her an old ipad, but she would struggle to access it.
I can set up what ever solution we come up we and load it with books as she needs.
Is there an alternative solution?
Edit - we are in the UK if that makes a difference
