Hello, I am a University Student doing a project on designing voice interfaces for low-vision tourists who want to travel. I would love to get real feedback from people with experience traveling to different places with low vision. Please help me out! I greatly appreciate it.

The question about how often one travels is unclear. What do you mean by "travel"? A later question suggests traveling abroad, but that is slightly unclear. And people would probably rate how often they travel quite differently to each other—you should really use precise options like "once a year".
Exactly how would a person use a voice assistant when traveling? If that's what you think blind people rely a lot on when traveling, you have a lot to learn.
