How can I turn off Zira reads up words instead of one single latin letter with NVDA? (self.Blind)

I use Windows one core Zira for reading sentence or website with latin letters.
When i try to make it read each one letters. it reads up like "tango" for T and "echo" for E and so on.
I want it to just read one single Latin letter when I press left or right arrows.
Does anyone know how to change this?
