Hi all ! Happy to be a part of this community :)
We are looking to staff our growing e-com team with BVI employees. We could really use the help and our company is one of the largest employers of the blind and visually impaired in the United States. If anyone has ecommerce experience or education around this, or marketing can you please comment below or share? Our company is LCI (LC Industries) in Durham North Carolina.

They appear to also have a sheltered workshop, so if you don't have any skills, you should also be able to work there.

Some blind people in the US moan about these workshops but if that option existed in the UK I’d take it.

Interesting for sure. But you know anyone can say that on the internet right? Especially an annonymous forum like this I can claim I am say a division head of the nfb and people may swallow that. I am just being cautious here and throwing caution to the winds you have to understand the platform and understand how easy it is to set up a scam like this.
