There's someone who uses it a beat music program like FL Studio or Ableton wich is accessible for NVDA?

Reaper is probably your best bet. Virtual DJ also recently became accessible if you use a particular script. I forget what its called now, google it :) Reaper needs the osara extension to work.

I think there’s a HotSpot Clicker set for Virtual DJ, but HotSpot Clicker is a Jaws-specific program, as far as I know. If you’d like to notate music, then Sibelius is accessible with NVDA. Besides Osara, you’ll also need the SWS extension for Reaper, which adds more keyboard shortcuts. If you google ReAccess, you’ll find Reaper scripts that you can use. Also subscribe to the Reapers Without Peepers e-mail list, the people there will be able to help you.

I don't know about the HSC set, wasn't even aware hotspot clicker was still being maintained. I meant this project:
