That is not pragmatic first off probably such a device isn’t wanted. Not wanted by me and others., me definitely not. But I think a lot of apps already do this. Also this is what canes and upper body. Techniques is for.
If you must make something why not an apple watch app? Many blind people already wear apple watch they probably don’t want to wear another thing.
