Can someone tell me what this lady says at 0:19? (self.Blind)

This is a commercial on the radio for The National Library Service For The Blind And Physically Handicapped Library of Congress. At 0:19, a lady says "If you want to read in electronic braille, you can. If you want to read on your phone, you can. If you want to read (?????), you can".
It sounds like she says "..in harp ring" or maybe "...in health ring" or maybe "... in hop ree". If you happen to know what she says there, please reply. I thank you for your time and courtesy.

I found a higher quality version and I am quite certain she is saying "hard print" though she might be referring to the large print service. NLS usually has a transcript on their website but the website doesn't mention the newer ad at all it seems.
