How to get started with music production for the blind? (self.Blind)

Hello all
Is there a step by step tutorial on how to get me started with music production on Reaper? A friend suggested this program as the best accessible one on windows to make music with and I'm actually wanting to learn that because There's a small studio in town where I can work as a composer at. Any help will be a lot appreciated. Note that I have no audio editing knowledge yet so that's why I needed such a clear tutorial for beginers.

I recommend googling the reaper accessibility wiki. It has several tutorials listed , among them the reaproducer podcasts , the getting started podcasts on CoolBlindTech and the admittedly somewhat outdated but still useful CAVI audio courses. See which ones work for you, and start learning :)

I think learning and getting good at this stuff will be helpful over looking for an easy fix.
